Welcome to Cwater TRY Trips! By using our website and purchasing our travel packages or merchandise, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Introduction

2. Services Provided

  • Travel Packages: We offer curated travel experiences within Madagascar.
  • Merchandise: We sell a variety of branded products under the TRY Cwater Merch label.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Travel Packages: All trips are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or payment of a deposit as specified during booking. Prices are listed in [euro: €] and include all applicable taxes.
  • Merchandise: Orders for merchandise are confirmed upon receipt of payment. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Trip Cancellations by You: Cancellations made by you must be in writing (via email or our website contact form). Refunds are processed based on the notice period provided:
    • 60 days or more before departure: Full refund, minus a processing fee 20%.
    • 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of the trip cost.
    • Less than 30 days: No refund.
  • Trip Cancellations by Us: If we cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, political unrest), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule. We are not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer in such cases.
  • Merchandise Returns: Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Changes to Itinerary or Services

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary of any trip due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen factors. Alternative arrangements will be made if possible, but refunds are not guaranteed for such changes.

6. Responsibilities and Liability

  • Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the necessary health and visa requirements to participate in our trips. Cwater TRY Trips is not liable for any issues arising from your failure to comply with travel requirements.
  • Liability Waiver: Participation in our trips involves risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and release Cwater TRY Trips and its affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and descriptions, is owned by Cwater TRY Trips. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

Entry Ticket Requirement: One limited edition Vantage Vulture 12m² kite

1. General Terms

  • By purchasing or acquiring a valid Vantage Vulture 12m² kite, attendees agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated below.
  • Entry to the festival is subject to adherence to these terms and local laws.

2. Ticket Policy

  • Ticket Requirement: Only individuals with a valid limited edition Vantage Vulture 12m² ticket will be granted entry. Tickets must be presented at the entrance.
  • Age Restrictions: The festival is open to individuals aged [18+] and above. Valid identification is required at check-in.
  • Resale Prohibition: Reselling tickets for profit or commercial purposes is prohibited and will render the ticket invalid.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Attendees: Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Force Majeure: Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations caused by acts of nature, pandemics, or other events beyond the organizers' control.

4. Event Rules

  • Entry Times: Re-entry policies will be communicated at the venue.
  • Prohibited Items: The following are prohibited at the festival:
    • Illegal substances
    • Weapons or dangerous items
    • Outside food and beverages (except as permitted)
    • Professional recording equipment without prior approval
  • Behavior: Attendees must respect the venue, staff, and other attendees. Harassment, violence, or disorderly conduct will result in removal without a refund.

5. Accommodation and Facilities

  • Festival tickets include a 5-night stay in a beachside bungalow. Detailed accommodation instructions, including check-in and check-out times, will be provided upon ticket confirmation. Specific requests for bungalow types are subject to availability

6. Health and Safety

  • Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being. Participation in festival activities is at their own risk.
  • Medical Assistance: On-site medical staff will be available for emergencies. Attendees with pre-existing conditions are encouraged to disclose relevant information at check-in.
  • COVID-19 or Health Policies: Attendees may be required to comply with health guidelines, including proof of vaccination or a negative test, if applicable.

7. Photography and Media

  • By attending, you consent to photography, filming, and recording. The organizers may use such material for promotional purposes.
  • Personal recording is permitted for non-commercial purposes, provided it does not disrupt the event or infringe on other attendees' rights.

8. Liability

  • The organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  • The organizers are not liable for injuries sustained during the festival unless caused by negligence.
